Equipment Overview:
This machine is designed for the vacuum sealing process of polymer lithium batteries. It features a rotary dual-fixture structure, where the two fixtures alternately load and unload batteries, taking turns entering the vacuum sealing chamber. The battery clamping time does not affect the efficiency of the machine.

After placing the battery in the fixture on the turntable and pressing the start button, the turntable rotates 180 degrees, and the battery enters the vacuum sealing work area. The vacuum chamber closes, and the vacuum pump begins extracting air. When the vacuum level in the chamber reaches a certain low set value, the blade activates to puncture the airbag, preventing the battery from coming into contact with air. Once the vacuum level in the chamber reaches the ultimate vacuum, the upper sealing strip activates to complete the sealing. Press the start button again, the turntable rotates 180 degrees, the sealed battery is rotated out, and the unsealed battery enters the vacuum sealing work area.
