Equipment Description:
This machine is designed for cutting electrodes and similar materials. The desired length can be set via the touchscreen, and cutting can also be performed through photoelectric eye tracking. The machine is composed of the following parts: feeding section, tension control section, feeding mechanism, and cutting section.

Working Principle:
The motor drives the material feed, which passes through a floating roller to control tension. A stepper motor drives the iron rod, with a rubber roller pressing against it. The electrode is fed forward through the rotation of the two rollers. Once the desired length is reached or the photoelectric eye detects the position, the cylinder activates, the cutter cuts the material, and the cutting process is completed.
