INQUIRY

This machine is designed for sealing the large battery R corners, with a production capacity structure of one-out-two. It seals the four R corners of the battery, and the battery platform can be adjusted up and down, controlled by a foot valve.

Equipment Operation Process:
1.Turn on the equipment power.
2.The upper and lower sealing heads are heated by heating tubes, and the temperature controller controls the heating status of the upper and lower sealing heads, ensuring that the sealing head temperature remains within the set temperature range.
3.Place the batteries that need pre-sealing on the platform.
4.Press the foot valve, activate the cylinder, and heat-press the battery R corners.
5.When the heating time is up, the cylinder resets, and the batteries can be taken out.

6.One work cycle is completed.
