Equipment Description:
This machine is suitable for the hot pressing and shaping of pouch lithium batteries and cells, ensuring uniform thickness and appearance, and improving their electrical performance.
Process Flow:
Place the battery into a fixture tray, then insert the tray with the battery into the hot press machine. Press the start button with both hands to automatically complete the hot pressing process.

Equipment Features:
1.Maximum Pressure: 3 tons, utilizing a booster cylinder from the Taiwanese brands "Kong Hsin" or "Jiuli".
2.Stable Structure: The machine uses a four-guide pillar mold structure, ensuring high parallelism of the upper and lower worktables, and stable, reliable construction.
3.Adjustable Pressure: The pressure of the upper and lower worktables can be adjusted via a pressure-regulating valve to meet different process parameters. The pressure value is digitally displayed for easy observation and precise adjustment.
4.Temperature Control: The temperature of the worktables can be set and adjusted using buttons on the temperature controller panel. Both the current and set temperatures are displayed on its LCD screen, providing clear visibility, high temperature control accuracy, and ease of operation.

5.Efficient Heating: The hot pressing workstation is heated to the set temperature by heating tubes. The heating plate uses a three-phase star connection to reduce energy consumption and minimize the impact of current on the factory's power supply.
