Equipment Overview:

This machine is designed for cutting the tabs of batteries to a specific length. The rolled tabs are placed on the feeding rack and guided through rollers. The tabs are then fed forward by a cylinder, with the stroke of the cylinder adjustable. By adjusting the stroke of the cylinder, the cutting length is determined. The tabs are fed into the cutting blade by the cylinder, where they are cut. The cut tabs fall into a collection box.
