Operational Workflow:

The electrode roll is unwound under the control of a variable frequency motor.It passes through a tension roller and a precision deviation correction mechanism.A servo motor-driven conveyor belt transports the separator paper into the die-cutting unit.After die-cutting, the edge trimming mechanism collects the waste material, and the finished electrodes automatically flow into the material tray.
